At UHero, we want your accessories to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship and when to expect your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. During high-volume periods, processing may take an extra 1-2 days — we'll always notify you if there's a delay.
2. Where We Ship
UHero ships worldwide to most countries. Shipping availability and delivery times vary by destination.
Domestic Shipping (Vietnam)
- Inner city (HCMC, Hanoi, Da Nang): 1-3 business days — from 25,000 VND
- Other provinces: 3-7 business days — from 35,000 VND
- Remote areas: 5-10 business days — calculated at checkout
International Shipping
- Southeast Asia: 5-10 business days — from $9.99 USD
- Asia-Pacific (Japan, Korea, Australia): 7-14 business days — from $14.99 USD
- North America & Europe: 10-20 business days — from $19.99 USD
- Rest of the world: 14-30 business days — calculated at checkout
Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on domestic orders over 500,000 VND and international orders over $79 USD.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your UHero products safely:
- Domestic: Giao Hang Nhanh (GHN), Giao Hang Tiet Kiem (GHTK), J&T Express, Viettel Post
- International: DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services
The carrier used for your order depends on your location and the items purchased.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, a direct link to track your package, and the carrier handling your delivery.
You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account on our website. It can take 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear after shipment.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate before placing an order if you're unsure about applicable fees.
6. Delivery Issues
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), please contact us. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. UHero is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please take a clear photo within 48 hours of delivery and email us at support@uhero.com with your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the package contents. We'll resolve it quickly.
7. Shipping Delays
While we work hard to deliver on time, certain factors can cause delays:
- Weather conditions and natural disasters
- Customs clearance for international orders
- Public holidays and peak shopping periods (Tet, Black Friday, Christmas)
- Carrier-related issues beyond our control
Delivery times listed above are estimates, not guarantees. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if any delay affects your order.
